"Anyway i've always wanted a Ducati 748/916/996/998 from being a young kid, it was my dream bike, so thought it's time I got the bike I always wanted. This will be getting all the tlc it deserves, to say im over the moon is an understatement. Although I've yet to ride it properly, have only ridden it the once on the motorway when I purchased it so didn't really get a chance to get any feel for the bike plus it was so cold my hands were in agony and ended up just wanting to get back as soon as possible, shame really..."

"I have finally bought pretty much my dream bike (ok so it’s not an 888 but I like to pretend it’s close), a 1997 Ducati 900SS!!
Long live fleabay! I won this bike for a measly 1700 quid, measly is explained in a moment. The bike has had 1 owner from new, has done 20000Km/12000 miles (originally imported from Belgium), has (or had!) never seen rain, and has been stripped and polished every winter. It has also been Baines Tuned with a stage2 dynojet and it came with termis/unused originals and a corbin seat/unused original..."
