I have used most of the brokers but I've now gone through Ducati Insurance who beat all the others. Like Paivi I used e-bike because they were easy to use online and competative, until I had a claim, they were absolutely shocking. I would willingly pay more to avoid such shoddy service. As they say, you pays your money you take your chance..........
