I've used
Pit and Paddock Bike Sport Insurance Specialists - but is seems their service is closed for the minute.
As a guide, I took their 'Ground up' option for a bike value of GBP 5000-6000, no fairings, no personal injury. Cost GBP 235 for 2 trackdays (bulk discount applies).
