First of all sorry for my bad english

I'm a student from Germany and made my driver licence for motbikes

Now i want to buy me a Duc 748 in the next time. But i have to drive the next 2 years with a limit of 34 hp. I allready found a thurse with 34 ps.
But some time ago i heared from a friend that in GB the limit of hp is something about 46 hp. Is this true ?
I not asking because 34 hp are me to less i am asking because i think 98 ps are me to much in 2 years
