Ducati Insurance seem to have quite a good rep - see below. Quite a few report low quotes from eBike but I'd really like to hear what their customer service is like, hence this thread. And I guess a fair few of us are with Carole Nash. I've stuck with them despite their not being the cheapest because of their decent rep, and their inclusive prices (i.e. legal and breakdown); and I've always beaten their renewal quotes by miles by simply taking out a new policy online.
