Thanks Adam, the bike is new and unmodified, unfortunately it doesn't go away, the popping and banging I can live with, its the way the engine stops occasionally whenever it feels like it that bothers me.
It has been run in the rain, but Ive checked the TPS and that was bone dry, oh well, I will try the dealers again, some owners have found that there was an "unofficial" Ducati recall on ECUs which sorted the problem, we will see...
