As we ( PBRTD ) don't actually carry out the noise testing - the circuit does - for the procedures etc please contact them on 01554 891 387.

The 105 limit shouldn't effect the DD race bikes as it's the same limit as if it's a ACU race event - which is applicable at all the DD race meets this year.

For some more specific Ducati info on silencing I'd have a chat with Richie @ Lougi Moto, Bristol.
