Hi

I just checked my front pads on the 999. In the manual it refers to a wear indicator groove, and as is normal practice says there should be some of the groove left. On my pads there is no groove, but still over 3mm of material left. On a 748 etc that would be an almost new pad! (well sort of!).

So how thick approx is a new pad, and do all pads have the wear indicator groove? My pads are Brembo items.
