Perhaps I shouldn't have asked the question, since it merely detracts from the more important points I made.
However, I'd have asked the same question if it was a Suzuki. So far as I'm concerned, they're all as bad as each other. All I want when I'm perusing a bike's specifications is the truth.
Not to worry though, it'll all come out in the wash. Buy one a year from now and you'll know
exactly what you're getting. Buy one now and you're victim to the '...it's a headlight and a pair of mirrors from the GP bike,' kind of hype.
