Hello folks,

I know this topic has been flogged to death but I'm still at that tyre crossroad come knackered tyresville. I bought a 999R in October 06 and it came shod with Michelin Power Race (medium). They say 'if it aint broke dont fix it' and I must say I've found these tyres excellent and have replaced them like for like up to date. I read in the MCN you should always change OE rubber brand once its worn. I don't go too daft on the road (too scary) and never venture out in the wet but I'm partial to the odd trackday when you can give it some welly.
My question is, am I missing out on some super duper rubber and should I change from the OE Power Race?
