Let us know if you find one shivertown1.

I'm now toying with the idea of replacing the entire rear light cluster,I've been looking around at some 'old fashioned ' looking lights and have found a couple of contenders.

Rear Lamp, Lucas type 477/1, 1951-52 Triumph BSA ETC. on eBay, also Triumph, Motorcycle Parts, Motorcycle Parts Accessories, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 09-Jul-08 22:05:57 BST)
Lucas Rear Lamp MT110 Pre war to 1950 ,Triumph BSA ETC. on eBay, also Triumph, Motorcycle Parts, Motorcycle Parts Accessories, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 06-Jul-08 23:09:06 BST)
REPLICA MILLER 'STOP' REAR LAMP CLASSIC BRITISH/CUSTOM on eBay, also Lighting Mirrors, Accessories, Motorcycle Parts Accessories, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 30-Jul-08 15:05:55 BST)
LUCAS TYPE INDICATOR - T120 T140 NORTON COMMANDO on eBay, also Other Motorcycle Parts, Motorcycle Parts, Motorcycle Parts Accessories, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 23-Jul-08 09:04:33 BST)

If I were to then make a small box bracket to mount these onto and wire all the lights into a plug the same as the oe one this could then bolt onto the dpcars short tail.

Though I really like the look of the old lights the first two seem to be really quite small ( 32 mm across) and I think this may not be visible enough for my own comfort, all of them do have the advantage of incorporating a clear section underneath to make a platelight.
Anyone else got any ideas?
