Seems to be taking an age just want to ride the bike (I am enjoying building the bike can't help it )
Just had the motor done to a similar spec as yours Rich wallet still in pain & now Im picking a damaged ST3 up on monday, Madness!. (This Superlight will never be finished. Im gonna try the motor in the frame then drop the engine with Chris to do the ST3 and stick it in the Superlight over the winter 110BHP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Superlight OHHHH Yeh!!!) Probably end in tears But gotta try. Then pick up a 600 monster and stick the 944 engine in. All sounds a bit mad but the ST3 came up at theright price and the 944 motor won't goto waste.
Hope your bikes going well take it easy dude.

Cheers Pablo

Right Pablo and Rich, my ignorance is just going to have to be shown at long last and no doubt get a few sniggers going...but... what is an ST3? where in the grand scheme of things does it differ from our SS carby motors? (got to admit, even after being on an SS since 2000 that i know very little of the ins and outs of other dukes apart from mundane things like communal parts etc etc).. I'm very intrigued and, well, just keep us posted.. amazing the things you can learn here

Cheers

Mark
