Well there's been the odd occasion when they have.
Once when riding my old bevel at speeds well in excess of 100mph in the middle lane of a motorway a Gixxer 1000 rider pulled alongside of me, gave me the thumbs up and hoisted the biggest wheely I've ever seen passing 3 cars, before disappearing into the distance, I got my head down a caught him up only for him to pull the same trick...
I know he was being a hooligan but it impressed me...
I would never have the bottle to hoist the front wheel at those sort of speeds.
