For arguments sake, lets say that a "friend" accidentally spilled brake fluid on the plastic air tubes, and that those tubes now have white stains on them where the fluid did their work before it could be rinsed off.

What advice will you give your "friend" on getting those cosmetically damaged parts back to black again without having to spend 700 quid on a new set of air tubes and a new air box? (carbon fiber of course!)
