thanks the way i carried out before.
i tightened both clamps loosley.
tightened the fork clamp opposite the wheel nut
then tightnened the wheel nut by hand. maybe too tight....

then remaining clamp,

if that makes sense.
thanks will try those figures with a torque wrench
