I heard all the stories about them when I first got my 848, but took a chance and used them. I have probably ordered 2000 pounds worth (maybe more) of stuff with them over about 5 orders. They were late with one item, but it was clear on the website when I ordered that they were waiting for that item to come into stock. I can honestly say I am perfectly happy with them and would recommend them to a friend.
