I am pleased for you that you have had satisfaction from eMoto, and all the other folk who have had satisfaction. Because clearly if every one was unhappy with eMoto they would not still be in business.
But, there does exist a huge weight of responses to the subject of eMoto that are uncomplimentary and have been so for a number of years. Not just on this platform but on many Ducati and MV forums globally.
Ipso facto - it is clear from those responses that they do not place "Customer Service" very high on their trading agenda, or pay little heed to the UK's OFT's "Distance Selling Regulations".
Both of these should signal to any potential buyer that you should exercise great caution when purchasing product from eMoto.
Caveat emptor: Buyer Beware.
