Here we go again - I do try really hard not to bag eMuppetto, but I just can't help myself!

They are a bunch of rude, lieing, theiving, charlatans. I'll bet money that even the gypsies in the layby up the road, wont have anything to do with them, they're so disreputable (not the gypsies)!

I ordered goods from eMonkey's last July, suprise suprise, never received anything. When I rang, I was told that goods had been sent to me on one date (never received), rang again & was told that they had been sent on a different date. Rang third time & they offered to resend the goods or give me a refund without even checking with the courier - you just don't do that, so they had obviously never sent them at all.

I accepted the offer of a refund & suddenly the tone changed - you'd have thought that I'd been caught inflagrante with his ol' lady! Told me that they had refunded my debit card whilst I was on the phone - didn't happen. Called again, said that they would now refund my debit card - nope. Emailed them this time & they told me that they hadn't been able to refund my card, so could they have the details of another card I held - YEAH RIGHT!

Called again and asked to speak to the owner: "he's not here", may I speak with someone in accounts "there's no one there either", asked for the name of the owner so that I could write to him: "who are you then?", told the chap on the phone my name:"oh yeah, we know all about you!", so may I have the bosses name? At which point someone who I can only presume to be the owner came on the line, point blank refused to give me his name (& I asked politely at least 4 times), but he was gracious enough to be verbally insulting & abusive before telling me that: "he had better things to do with his time than deal with people like me!" and hanging up.

Finally received a reund by cheque after about 10 weeks & plenty of verbal

The lesson to be learnt is:

Avoid eMoto like an Ebola riddled corpse

btw: Hi Nonnie, welcome aboard from UKMOC
