Does anybody else agree with that statement.

As far as I knew the MOT refers to the original V5 designation which cannot be changed by the MOT tester.

I agree that some insurance companies may say that if it has a factory fitted single seat you cannot deviate and some have this childish "no pillion passengers" clauses. Is Bertagain an MOT tester? Are there any other experts out there.
