New here but think this is one i can help with...
This may (but not for sure) be down to the ecu not being trimmed correctly, or the throttlebodies not balanced.
the 'shower' type injection has the injector above the butterfly so if the bike is over fueling at tickover then you get a build up of fuel on the back of the butterfly, so, when you gently open the throttle the fuel goes into the moto, this makes it way too rich and it dies.
can also be caused by the TPS not being reset.
Any dealer with the Ducati diagnostic system and a realtime gas analyser can sort this out for you in 30mins to an hour (depending of what needs resetting)
