In summer once, going over a mountain range in heavy traffic, crawling along in first or second gear, my M1000 got to 117 degrees.
That’s the hottest either it or my M800 have got.
In summer another time, it was freezing cold and raining, and the temperature dropped to below 50 degrees, as “LO” flashed on and off for a while. I didn’t expect it to get that cold even given the low ambient temperatures.
My 800 runs a bit cooler than the 1000.
