The Bosch Classix range works for me - cheapest of the Bosch range as it's not the latest technology, but also has "less to go wrong"!
In most instances the hi tec expensive models have extra sensing technology to accurately meter the water used according to the load - saves a little on water and electric over the "standard" model. Very good, but since they're often £200 - £300 more expensive, how long to get that extra purchase cost paid back through reduced water and energy charges? Not this decade, for sure!
