Yeh cured that little problem with cornering. Checked her out and decided tyres been on a few years ( 95 reg only 10,000m) and prob gone a bit hard over time, or however long they been on??

Much better, now corners as well as the Pan euro ...playtime
Also changed cambelts ,balanced carbs and checked shims and they well in tolerence. After seeing the video of the guy changing his belts I saw its no different to changing belt on the Rotax engines so bike now fettled and fine.Nice and easy to work on so bonus.
Only thing on it is still can`t get the trip to spin and reset.Gave it a spray and a wiggled but still no go,seems jammed in the speedo as cable is free , is this a common issue? but hey, I can live with that..

Will just mention a method I use in changing belts, I cut the belts around half way with craft knife and remove leaving a half width of old belt in situ. Slide new belt on half way on pullys then cut rest of old on off and push home. A 45degree twist for tension.
Lazy army bike squaddie method.......
