Regarding your question chap, the Termig system will run with the stock ECU but I would get the PC as soon as you can in order for the system to run correctly and ensure the fuel mixture is set for maximum performance
With the Termig 1/2 system your cutting out the link pipe cat and the secondary cat which is located within the standard exhaust housing which means the bikes Co/fuel will need adjusting.
The 1/2 system is a 54mm which is the same as the standard link.
If it was the 57mm you was fitting then running a stock ECU would really be a 'no no'
Get ya self that PC as soon as you can....

Regarding fitment:-

1) Remove rear seat unit by detaching from the tank (this makes it easier to remove the rear subframe and less likely to damage the seat paint work)
2) Unclip the rear loom (plug runs near to the rear shock)
3) Undo the top subframe/exhaust bolt
4) Undo the two bolts which are located where the subframe slopes down towards the tank (These hold the rear of the exhaust can
4) Undo the four subframe bolts (attached to the main frame)
5) Remove subframe
6) Remove heat reflector plate
7) Remove the two exhaust connection springs
8) Remove the tail pipe (Also remove the two metal exhaust gaskets which should be just inside the two connection holes at the back of the tail pipe as your gonna need them for when you fit the Termig
9) Remove the right hand side fairing panel
10) Remove the exhaust connection spring from the horizontal header pipe
11) Remove the frame connection bolt just above the R/H foot peg (Rear brake side)
12) Wiggle the horizontal link pipe out

Removal complete

When you come to fit the Termig system just follow the above instruction but in reverse....

Hope this helps

Ps.. You dont have to remove the rear wheel....
