Limit of Hp for Beginner?

Hello
First of all sorry for my bad english

I'm a student from Germany and made my driver licence for motbikes
Now i want to buy me a Duc 748 in the next time. But i have to drive the next 2 years with a limit of 34 hp. I allready found a thurse with 34 ps.
But some time ago i heared from a friend that in GB the limit of hp is something about 46 hp. Is this true ?
I not asking because 34 hp are me to less i am asking because i think 98 ps are me to much in 2 years

Did you pass it in UK? If so continue on to the DAS exam so you can drive any bike immediately

46 hp refers to the minimum horse power you need on the bike you do your test on to get direct access to a full licence

The UK limit for a restricted license is "Motorcycles up to 25kW(33bhp) and a power to weight ratio not exceeding 0.16kW/kg."

More information here:

Vehicles you can drive and how old you must be to drive them : Directgov - Motoring

Cheers,

Ed

You can limit it. Go to ducati dealer, there are kits for monsters to do that so there must be a kit for 748. It is in general a peace of kit that limits the movement of throttle.
