Thank you all for your kind words

This season will be a massive challenge, starting the year at Thruxton on a stock bike, against the factory teams and fully prepared and tested superbikes is an enormous ask of Leon

So, our aim for the weekend is simple - to qualify for the race and finish both races safely and with consistant lap times.

I'll post a race report monday.

I popped in to say hello to Wilf......so good to put a face to a name.........and then we had an engine change to sort out, so was too busy to watch the races! Met up with the Old Buzzard too........he popped in the tent at that time too.......so sorry I couldnt offer you a cuppa......

Privateers Rock!

I also follow Le Mans Series Car Endurance Racing and in 2007 Martin Short's Rollcentre Racing; who were a team of 3 drivers + 8 helpers came 4th OVERALL in the Le Mans 24 hour against the might of Audi, Peugeot, Aston Martin etc.

Their celebration was a barrel of Greene King IPA in Martin's Motorhome!!

They finished this year and manged 11th. Heroes all. I wouldn't like to guess how much Audi and Peugeot spend, but it's tens of millions.

So carry on the great work. Live the dream and you just never know!!!

I can update a bit.....and I hope Wilf doesnt think I'm treading on his toes by doing so....seems Leon Morris/Wilf/Brookspeed have gone their seperate ways...I know Leon has a new 1098R that he crashed at Mallory, and I THINK it was supplied by Brookspeed.....I know that Leon and Wilf arent doing BSB together now for sure, so whether Wilf is still running another rider I dont know, but I didnt see him at Mallory....I guess I'll find out at Oulton this weekend....... I wish all the parties well in whatever their directions tho.....

And yes, Privateers DO ROCK ! Our rider, Andy Weymouth, is currently leading the Privateers Cup in British Supersport.......

Actually, I can update a bit more ! I saw Wilf today at Outon, and he has now got Francis Williamson riding the 1098's..........that should be interesting !
