Dealers and Workshops Have you say about the Ducati Dealer or Bike Shop near you. How good was the spanner man, what was the price, or did you get a discount?

Louigi Moto - Top Man!

I had to fly-up to Newcastle on Sunday night on business, but because the flights were full coming back yesterday I had to get the train. Unfortunately I didn't have my brain in gear so I drove to the airport instead of getting a cab.

Result? Me back in Taunton last night after a 6hr train journey and my car is at Bristol airport nearly an hour away.

Louigi Moto to the rescue - Rich is bringing my SPS and Mrs H's Monster back from servicing this evening and he is going to give me a lift to the airport on his way back so that I can collect my car.

Thanks Rich!

Ditto your thoughts on Rich!
He fitted a dynojet kit and did some suspension tweaks on my Monster last year.
Said he was in Swindon, so came and picked the bike up from my garage free of charge.

The industy needs more like Rich!

Another vote for Rich here as well, his customer service is second to none.

Bikes back from servicing

Rich deliverd the bikes back to my house last night and then gave me a lift to Bristol airport so I could collect get my car. Thanks Rich.

The SPS had its big service last time. Rich has been looking after it for the past two years so he knew what it needed to keep on top of it. Cost - £300.

Mrs H's Monster hadn't been serviced for nearly two years, but the last time it was done by Alf's of Worthing - currently a Kawasaki dealer, but with a long history of Ducati expertise ... so Rich just did what it needed. Cost - £330.

Next time Ray, I promise

The Superduke is currently banged-up somewhere in Shepperton being fixed by 4th Dimension. Likely new parts required - left hand mirror and clutch lever, radiator and shroud, R&Gs, rear-set and silencer. Likely repairable damage to left hand tank and swing arm.

pssst .... has anyone got a 996SPS I can borrow?
