Dealers and Workshops Have you say about the Ducati Dealer or Bike Shop near you. How good was the spanner man, what was the price, or did you get a discount?

Bike Transportation Recommendation Required

Hi,

I need to transport my bike from Manchester to London but can't really justify spending the rates the dealer's transport guy is quoting.

Before taking a van up there myself I was wondering if anyone might know of someone who will take care of my bike on it's journey and also be reasonable price-wise?

Thanks

£50-60 a day to rent a van and a £100 of gas - can't cost much less. Check the van has tie down points though.

Train to London, ride home.. I got an advance ticket on www.thetrainline.com from Nottingham and it cost £24 (plus £4 for a tube). Then had a great ride home that cost about £30 in fuel
