Unhappy Bikerz Tyres - Stoke on Trent

I've used Bikerz in the past, and in fact they did the Dyno work on Sophia with a Fuchs Dyno which I was really happy with, except the computer they were using kept crashing!

As DM didn't have any Corsa III in stock, and Demon Tweeks cost me £90 to have my rear wheel resprasyed after they ripped the paint off the rims removing the old balance weights, I decided I'd give Bikerz Tyres in Stoke a try.

Rang them for a quote £158, fitted and balanced for a rear - not a bargain but not extortionate either.

Take the bike up and discover they have moved (Bugger could have told me that when I rang you!) and as luck would have it I took the Sat Nav OFF before I left, as I knew where they used to be! Half and hour of gridlock traffic later, I finally found them.

They put the new tyre on and bolted the wheel straight back on the bike...... - erm what about the balancing ?? I enquired. "Oh we havent got an adaptor for single sided Ducati wheels - but it'll be fine". Well dont you think you might have told me that BEFORE you took my old tyre off ??????

They still charged me full whack, and the rear vibrates like hell.

So I now have to go somewhere else to get it balanced.

Overall - not hugely impressed - and wouldn't bother going back there.....3/10 for effort and service.
