Thumbs up Ducati Proteam Wimbledon

Big thanks to Alec for servicing my (new to me) 1995 900SS last week, very friendly and helpful. It feels like a different bike!

Bike: M695 & VespaGT125

The boys are, indeed, very friendly and helpful, and only about a few minutes from my house.

I wish I could afford to take my 695 there for the big service, I could do with a new bike!

All I'd need then is for somebody to give me that much attention so I'd feel like a new woman, too.

Bike: 748 Bip

Alec,

A big thank you from me too

The 748 also feels like a new bike. Yep that sloppy chain was ruining the gear changes; all tightened up again the gear changes are back to being telepathically instant again with no false neutrals. Many thanks.

She also looks like new, except what ever shiny stuff you used on the seat was scarily slippy under my Goretex pants!

thanks

Michael

Bike: hypermotard s

took my hypermotard s to Proteam to see if they could sort the problem Metropolis told me they had - but clearly hadnt - namely the engine stalling all the time when warm. Basically post a £270 service at Metropolis and then going back a week later (for 3 days) the engine was running far too lean. Proteam got it sorted and took it on a decent test ride to be doubly sure. Result. shame with a newish bike you need an official dealer

For next warranty service don't go to Metropolis but others. If you need to stay in London, Brett at Daytona King's Cross is good.
