Dealers and Workshops Have you say about the Ducati Dealer or Bike Shop near you. How good was the spanner man, what was the price, or did you get a discount?

Finding out what Warranty work has been done?

Guys and Gals,

What is the quickest and easiest way to Find out what Warranty work has been done on your Bike? I had a receipt for some Rocker replacements but I think the person servicing it in July 06 lost it and I have only just look for it.

I just want to get some kind of history of it to be able to keep for if I decide to sell teh bike at any point. I have asked the guys at MotoRapido, hopefully they will be able to help aswell.

Thanks,

Phill

best way is to ask the dealer that serviced it at the time they should have it on there records and if not then you can get them to do em

Bike: 2001 Ducati 996

When I bought my 996 I rang the dealer who'd serviced it and they came straight back with all the details, work done last time, when done etc......very handy and reassuring when you're buying a used one. Think it would be the same on recall work too - clutch slave cylinder etc should all be on record
