Dealers and Workshops
| Have you say about the Ducati Dealer or Bike Shop near you. How knowledgable was the spanner man, what was the price, did you get a discount for being a member of 'Ducatisti' and most importantly, how did you rate the quality of their work? |  |

Praise when it's due....
Meant to get this posted last week but got sidetracked ....
When things go wrong most of us are happy to fly off the handle and have a rant, so just thought I'd mention something that went right ..... I needed some cambelts to sort out a rebuild, and got some good advice and offers on here, but decided to give Duc Manchester a quick call - I phoned them 1pm on the Monday ... cambelts were not only in stock (and they asked all the right questions about which type / did I know how to fit & check them etc ...alway reassuring when they know what they're talking about!) they arrived before 9am on the Wednesday, and cost inc. postage was less than some dealers wanted just for the belts ..... So, consider yerselves well and truly patted on the backs from a happy customer .....
