Well, they were after me to GIVE them some discs for a show bike,, they never answer e mails, RCM Racing refuse to deal with them as they havent been paid for goods they had 5 YEARS ago and they STILL expected me to GIVE them discs, clutch covers, dust covers, all manner of things but I always felt there was something fishy about the whole set up...18 months ago they moved out of the shop front they had into a dingy little shed round the back.....its been a matter of time really...hope none of you have lost anything.....

Ordered some parts from them at the beginning of June, when nothing arrived I called them & they promised to part ship the order. Still nothing turned up & then they started giving me conflicting information on when the screen had supposedly shipped. I doubt they'd ever sent anything.

In the end got them to agree to give me a refund, received an e.mail saying the refund had been put on my debit card that day. Got my statement over 2 weeks later & guess what... no refund!

They then gave me a load of cobblers as to how they'd tried to refund me 3 times (none of the dates matched the date they originally said they had refunded me).

Called them up & asked to speak to the manager (was told he wasn't in), asked for the name of the manager so I could call back - they refused. In the end some arrogant individual came on the phone who still refused to identify himself other than as "the owner", who wouldn't let me speak and basically shouted at me for a couple of minutes before telling me that he had much better things to do with his time & hung up on me!

Eventually got a refund by cheque 2 weeks later.

I've had good and bad from eMoto, first a set of carbon feel plates got 'lost' in the post - no biggie, i've had mail go missing before and a new set were sent out and they lacked elegance. Secondly my Rizoma cam belt cover arrived no problems.

ive used emoto and found them really good, great correspondance via email and very helpfull on phone - goods arrived asap as well.

i had heard a rumour casoli had moved from the barnet place to watford some while back... it would be interesting to check out the new place if it actually exists (maybe worth a spin after a saturday breakfast at the ace )as although the service was crap the goods were good quality if you saw it in stock in front of your own eyes

Agree with both points.
Iv'e E.moto for a few carbon bits and never had a problem.

Re. Casoli i would never trust them. Only buy what they have in stock and via a shop ie no delivery/payment upfront etc. Their products are of a high quality, shame the people there are....? As HHH says only buy if you can see the item for yourself {assuming you can buy at all now}

I'd suggest checking out the DSC site as there was a similar thread on there recently. One of their members tracked David miles's home address and phone number i think.

Got a set of MV pipes anodised by Casoli in November. It was such a poor job that I had them do again. Sent pipes back begining of December, was told they would take about 4 days, didn't see them again for almost weeks.
Their carbon parts weren't great either.

I've heard nothing bad bad things about Casoli for years now - seems they've finally blown their cover and shown their true colours!
