except wath that the bike dont fall off the stand!
and once you've rotated around and shifted the outside knee into place, let go of the bars

This worked for me , and yes be carefull you don't have a off at 0mph.. lol
What was amazing on track at mallory was how foot pressure on the pegs helps to
turn the bike with little input on the bars while your hanging off.

massively amusing too, when ur going through clearways and ur foot slips OFF the inside footpeg... lol
oh, and apply weight to the OUTSIDE peg if its pretty wet out there

Wow Oulton what a track ,, loved it ,, TY all for your concern , I ran out of tarmac in the last session as stated ,, I was trying to take in all the lessons I had learned during the day , many thanks to all in garage 4 great crew I was told in no uncertain terms that I needed to take 20 seconds off my lap time , went out and to my amazement did just that , then went out for a last look round the track , I think i was tired and forgetting the basics while thinking of new concepts ,, lol it was all too much for my pretty little brain and one minute I was thinking of the intracasies of crochet patterns and the fluffyness of kittens , the next I was running wide while statuesquely attempting to lean my way out of trouble , well that didn't work (who'd have thought it!! ), so the inevatable happened and I slid non to gracefully on to the grass , altho' I would rather have learned the easy way it was an invaluable lesson non the less , what really struck me about the incident was the performance of my safety gear , I was wearing those strange looking gloves with a thick band round the wrist wich are now mullered right over my sticky out bit on both wrists and I am certain I would have chipped or broken at least my left wrist and poss both without them , my leathers need repairing in several places (thank you dead cow for taking the gravel rash ), and show clear patterns of my pro-tech back protector and shorts (wonderpants), clearly illustrating just how well they did their job I have no sign of impact /slide on my hips thighs or glutes but my leathers are ingrained with their patterns , my lid needs chucking away but no damage to my head , similarly my crash bungs did an excellent job of protecting my bike having been fitted with bolts that bend rather than transfer the impact to the frame , so what I have gained from this is that my safety gear really saved my skin /bones/life and beloved bike and would urge anyone reading this to learn from my mistake and always always look after your kit so it can look after you ,, I really don't want this to sound like an add ,my intention is save someone pain after all its much easier to take a couple of painkillers for muscular aches than to take weeks of work for worse , but all the kit I was wearing is available from Solo Corse Many thanks David for sorting me out yet again both with help to repair bike and for my replacement leathers even if they are not my usual matt black stylee lol please don't mention how unusualy colourfull I will look at Oulton I am a bit sensative about it ,, hey ho Fluffy kittens fluffy kittens anyway lovelies and reprobates can't wait to see you all next week have fun,, be bad ,, STAY SAFE ,,
Sarah ,,,and erm ,,whos doing what to whome where !! Ollie leave Harrie alone or you'l have to take us both on

Glad you are Ok Sarah. That last session on track days is always the worst. I'm usually knackered and so are the other riders on track. You really have to ask yourself the question whether it's worth going out or not and if you are going to learn anything. You did look to be going well though so I expect great things from you in the next round. As long as you put fuel in the bike you're pretty much guaranteed to finish ahead of David

Yeah TY TY but next time can you give me the sterling advice B4 hand lol yer all right of course ,, I had had a morning of rain and missed the last session of the morn so felt I needed it but as the tale tells it was indeed a questionable decision , but hey all is well I have scrounged loads of bits and am putting them all together with Nog on Mon morn , my Subluxation (anterior ) , partial forward dislocation of the shoulder has been manipulated back into place by a cheery Dr who rides a TL and says oh yeah ,, don't go out in the last session and oooh great I love relocating joints !! hehe gagging for it see you all Fri tho not riding again till Sat ,, also it looks like I may well have a spare garage if anyone needs it ooooh its nearly time again wooot woot ,, and yup Nog is fast asleep in the back of his van at Thruxton as hes away with the Lynxcel team ,, both riders qualified and ready to race tomorrow ,, gosh I hope hes fit to work on my DD bike when he gets home ,, dunno that these distractions are good for his racing !!! hehe

Right you bunch of sods....back from Thruxton, so the mickey taking wont go unpunished from now. Well, just a brief rundown of Thruxton from a Supersport perspective....I didnt see any other races as I was up to my neck.........we had some new forks for testing to give both hi and low speed rebound damping as well, and one of our guys, Andy Weymouth, just couldnt get on with them, so we had a fork swap...but after that he qualified 28th, and Pete Spalding qualified in 18th....we had lots of wet tracktime.....anyway, race day arrives, warm up is wet, but race time its 16'C and sunny.......off they went, pete was holding station, Andy gaining places from his qualifying position, then the safety car came out when Dennis Hobbs was taken out big style.....anyway, ultimately Andy pipped Pete for 20th place overall, but as he is running in the Privateers Cup, he was second, so we had a podium ! So it was all worthwhile....
Back to Oulton.......I WONT be forgetting to fuel my bike for practice this time, so with a BIT of luck, I wont have to start from the back of the grid.....so, if my fuelling is better, maybe there'll be a bit more fairing bashing going on......we'll just have to see, wont we ! Watch out Mr Imola Duke.....I'll be there......
