Let it be known that carbon fibre fairings weigh the same as any other once they've been GRP'ed and filled several times over... Speaks a man of experience.

I'm sure you're right , Jason, but at the moment, I am expecting them to weigh, in Phil's (Ghost's) immortal phrase, "Three-fifths of feck-all". I think it's an engineering term.

Come on, Matt...how much weight have they saved?

At very minimum 1kg, doesn't sound a lot but putting two less litres of fuel in the bike at pembrey was worth a second a lap!
