If you go to the community pages you can report a fraudulent transaction. It's long winded, you'll need the item number and the user details of the person posting it. The fact they've used your image is enough to have it removed never mind the fact that it's not theirs to sell.

Scroll to the very bottom

Select "report this item"

Select "Fraudulent Item"

Select "You Suspect that this item is fraudulent (you did not Bid)"

Select continue

The next page will only highlight payment details for some reason below that it says Contact customer support hit the email link and tell ebay your concerns.

Fleabay are going to have to do something as it's full of crooks these days. You can't reasonably buy from some of the people on there. If the feedback score is less than 50 and isn't spread across selling and purchasing I'm very dubious about bidding on items. PayPal, yeah sure, pay e-bay even more money and not much help when it goes t@ts up.
