Once you get the knack of changing the seals you can do it in 30 mins! useful at a DD meet! LOL

They are not actually that bad, i think if we have the correct seal for the 2nd leg for tomorrow then it will be really easy to do and i think that 1/2 hour would be no problems at all.

No big-bore kit...the engine is a genuine 583ccs, bore and stroke normal, so we can only assume that the dyno was very optimistic,
He he I guess

Oh i'm happy for you that it wasn't anything like a big bore.

Good luck with the prep

Brit the left seal always leaks... one fork controls damping one rebound..... Very strange set up.

You can get them converted, but it costs mega bucks.

showas are much better..... but finding a decent pair is very hard to come across... most DDers own them !

If the needs be.... I will upgrade, imho running at the back marzocs will do with better springs etc.

Hi Imola, the forks were spot on mate, we actually used the sliders from our origional ones and the stantions and now we have some very pukka forks,

I am thinking about cleaning some little bits up ronight and getting the head stock assembled ready for when we ahve the 2nd fork seal so they can go in,
