Bike: working on it...

I'd be too scared to ride anything that expensive - it costs about the same as my first house although I would imagine it is a fair bit faster!

I would like to suggest that this link is removed from the site. I cannot stop looking at it and it is seriously beginning to damage my career! Is there a cure?

Guys,

Sorry for the delayed response - had one of those days

Firstly, many thanks for all the kind words - I wasn't quite sure how the news would be received, especially when some of you have been waiting so long on your DS arriving - but the positive responses are the icing on my desmosedici experience so far.

Jimbers - The race exhaust is not split, but is a silencer replacement and cat replacement pipe and still exits through the top of the seat unit. The GP replica exhaust will split and exit under the seat and through the side of the belly pan. I've seen a couple of pictures of it and, so far, haven't been too impressed with it's appearance. However, rumours are suggesting that there is to be a 19bhp benefit in fitting this system. But, it will require, a new seat unit and belly pan = ££££'s Regarding trackdays, presently, I'm a bit nervous about the qhole thing for now. Let's see how it feels once I've got some miles onboard, and the availibility of a TD kit.

Multimental - All 3 I hope. On the road when the weather sorts itself out up here. On the track, if I feel I can. In the livingroom, when the bike season comes to a close this year.

Again, many thanks guys!

I keep dragging people to my desk so I can show them & rant at them but they just don't understand!

That engine note on those tiny blips is spine tingling.

I'm incredibly jealous but also pleased for you, enjoy it!

How do insurance companies respond to this bike?

Have you had any quotes?

I did an insurance quote with Ducati Insurance and it came out at under £500!!

Oh and they said I could have two of them on the same policy for that amount!!

Scott - see you in the morning, I can't wait to hear it

I honestly don't think you will require 19 BHP or anything more really. If you do then we will see you in WSB next year.

Lovely bike, Cherish her.

Do you mean you've done a "sex wee" because the d16rr caused an excitement in your underpants? Or have you just got a weak bladder?
