I shouldn't think a repair bill of a few grand would worry him that much, he probably has that much in the key pocket of his leathers. Still, makes you whince.

Looks like a UK one, a ford in background fiesta and a truck but not us style as no bling on it.

Have you noticed that there are holes for crash protectors by design?

I believe it happened on a track day at Almeria (look at the URL in the properties of the pic).

Would you put crash bungs on it? I wouldn't.

He or She might not have been on a race track.
Where the picture is hosted does not mean that bike was there.

If I had seen a crashed DesmoRR I would make plenty of pictures adn post them here.
Would it mean it was crashed on Ducatisti trackday or monthly meet?

With a stack of spare tyres and service van in the background one could be forgiven for thinking that the incident happened on a track!!

Well spotted yet again that only proves it was close to a mechanic. Brought in a van after a spill. Pictures made for insurance and to show off. The picture of one in us after a spill was in front of dealer, tyres, trailers, vans all the stuff was there.

We will never know, unless owner is a Ducatisti.

that picture appeared on my desk Tuesday morning. It was Almeria, very early in the session, on trackday weekend run by Charles at Farsidesportbiking.com. The truth is out! They are going to Val de Viene in July, open pitlane two dayer if anyone is interested. Well priced and great events.
