Went up to Ryka's @ Boxhill tonight

The bike looks fantastic! Are they the smoked indicator lenses?

Can anyone recomend a good paint shop in the Berks / Bucks area? I really want to get the nose cone number board that comes all the way to the top of the fairing as on the Xerox livery but can't find a sticker set that does it (there is one which fades to black but I want it all white)

Quick action BSB throttle

coolio ! :P

info from seller:

"my understanding is this was specialy made for a bsb team to fit in with the Homologation requirements"

" apparently gives a 67degree rotation < not that ive measured it so accurately!! > fits using the standard 2 cables "

Lightbulb Haven't posted on here for a while, so here is an update

Now I haven't posted on here for a while, so I thought I would do an update on the 749R mods

some genuine Corse rearsets as used on the factory race bikes

well chuffed with these !!!

Ti reservoir covers

57mm kit going on

Corse rearset..........mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

mmmmmmmmm.............nice, many thanks again to Dave at JHP, top bloke !

mesh fitted using hot melt glue gun &

carbon seat cowl now insulated, thanks to Doogal for the tape

with new 'grippy' seat pad from 06 Xerox 999R fitted to it

seat now fitted to the bike:

finally............. another piece of elusive factory bling joins the puzzle !

good old Ebay !

31st Dec 2007

so thanks to Doogalman .......I didn't just finish up 2007 building Ikea furniture

We managed, not without with some gnashing of teeth & a couple of bolts made of 'formaggio' to fit my Magnesium headlamp casing

very nice it looks too !

I even made up the carbon mirrors later

So here's to my New Years resolution of fitting the stuff I've bought instead of just keeping it in boxes

Oh yeah, and getting out and riding more in '08

cheers Doog's !!

So many thanks again to Doogalman for all the spannerin' assistance and subtle pee taking of my mechanical skills:

first start with hover bike

new Front brake calipers, new discs, new hoses (round the front of the legs WSB stylie !)

new Rear brake caliper, new disc, new sprocket, underslung caliper conversion, new brake pipe and Ti wheel nut (bling-tastic)

new oofa-doofa thingy on the end of the alternator ?

ooh......... ahhh........... factory Corse clutch cover

the whole sexy thang !
