All sorted, now im loving my new bike :)

well the steering lock sorted itself this morning with some wd40.

The clocks are getting replaced as per an email i recieved back from Ducati and also they said theyd look at the clutch.

Me and my mates dad (ducati bob) looked at the clutch earlier and it seems as though the rod that go's into the slave cylinder was catching/squeaking and we cleaned it up and re-greased it with some graphite grease and so far so good. Still get neil at cornerspeed to check our work but it felt 100 times better when id taken her for a thrash around earlier tonight.

GOD DAMN THIS BIKES GREAT........REALLY REALLY GREAT

new problem is that to put on the new puig screen i have it seems i have to remove all the fairing....bugger...... up early 2moz then and back out......

whos coming out to play anytime soon?

bit of a result with the clocks, never known them be replaced before. just wait till its run in. You'll have a permanent smile on your face, It loves being thrashed and the noise is adictive.

Good look with the screen. if youve got small hands you may be able to get to the 2 bottom nuts

well im not going to celebrate just yet, so far ive had JHP coventry take my detaisl and told me theyd get some on order (which im sure they will as they are good guys) and to back that up i had an email back form a chap at Ducati wwhen i got home saying all my 3 issues in his words 'are of course covered by warranty'

i reckon that pretty much covers it then.

now itl probably take me all day to get this fairing off just to fit a screen

Cheers mike, thats very nice of you.

Problem is by the time i get round to doing that you'll no doubt be out and about, you enjoy the ride though bud.
