1987 851 body work

Is the 1987 851 body work fiberglass or plastic? I bought a set of body work on Ebay that was listed as original and it is fiberglass, which makes me think it is probably aftermarket. Even got a perfect aluminum tank with it.

Yes, it's fibreglass - and the early bikes had alloy tanks. Sounds good.

have 2 1988 851's , tank is hand betten alloy and tail section and nose cone is fibre glass and side pannels plastic..
