The seller made a fairly good job of translating, but I don't read no good no how... It looks like a good clean 888 to me, and milage is reasonable at 22k miles, but wtf does this mean:

"Unfortunately, there are also shortcomings:
The coupling pump carries no longer entirely correct their service. (If a new remedy but Repsatz) "

So far the price seems to be below market compared to whats on offer elsewhere:

888 Search Results: Motorcycles on mobile.de=

It'll be interesting to see how it ends up. Nice bike.

"The clutch does not work correctly. A repair kit (set of seals - my interpretation) should fix this problem."

my POV

At 4500 quid its not bad but then you have to take into account
1.Get it from Germany to england, Taxi's Fuel, Hotels, ferries etc etc
2.Re registration fees to UK plates
3.It hasnt moved for two years but been on tick over (according to seller)
Steht only rum and has now been over two years no longer move

Cost this factor in and you may as well wait for one to come up in the UK.
As you cant see what you are buying would have to leave a 25% penalty if you think its a pile fo crap when you see it, so then theres the possible legal implication unless......we have any Ducatisti in the location in germany that would take a peep for fuel costs, could be the best petrol money you ever spent..!

I didnt buy it as I only noticed it yesterday, too quick for me to make a commitment....and I daresay I would prefer an SP and not a Strada, but thanks for the input peeps
