Bike: 999 Bip + GSXR 1000 K5 + Speed Triple

Well this year so far I have had 4 of what I must class as toys and non essentials serviced:

1) GSXR 1000 K5 = Main Suzuki dealership £186
2) Triumph Speed Triple = (Major i.e. Valve clearances etc) Main Triumph dealership £236
3) Porsche 911 GT3 = Main Porsche dealership £352
4) Ducati 999 = Main Ducati Dealership £771

Now don’t get me wrong, when I purchased a Ducati I knew the servicing costs were very high, but now for some reason its starting to bug me, its not so much the money itself but more to do with the justification of the price when I compare it to my other vehicles! Yeah I know there are many justifications heading my way about Ducati but I just cannot see them from a servicing point of view, surely there has to be a massive mark-up on labour? Or are all the parts really that expensive?

Bike: 750ss MTS BMWR850

All of the above... e.g. regular champion spark plugs 13 quid each? that's 3 times the regular price... labour at Ashford dealership, 67+vat per hour!!!! The prices are a rip off...once out of warranty my bike will hopefully never go back to the maim dealer...
I thought my BMW was ridiculously expensive to service but the Ducati is just as bad...
