Today i changed my timing belts.Quite an easy task, Set them at 110Hz as manual says. Then i went for the oil change started it up and warmed up let the oil out and whilst waiting for it to drain i rechecked the tension. 145 Hz when hot and they felt tight so i released them to 110 Hz when hot. Felt much better . Now im in a delemmer are they right at 110Hz cold and 145 Hz hot or should i leave them at 110Hz hot and they feel right

They are a lot tighter than the originals they were only 70 Hz when cold
