HID Xenon Conversion on Ducati 999

Fitted to my 999s yesterday, just the dipped beam kit. Really happy with it. Very easy to fit, the only work you have to do is mounting the ignitor box. Very bright and very white. I went for the 4300k bulbs as I didn't want much blue tint.
Has anyone else fitted them? mot ok? any problems? Mine seem great so far.
Well under £100 too.

If one of the light houses on the Norfolk coast breaks down at least they'll know who to contact now for some temporary measures......

It takes only minutes to put the halogen bulb back in if needed.
I fitted some to my car aswell at the same time. I'm glad I did, the're a relatively cheap mod.
I couldn't justify buying a ducati but I did, same with the hid's and the other goodies I bought for it. I didn't need any of them. It's a toy at the end of the day.

hi beam(top light) is the standard halogen and the dipped(bottom) is the 4300k hid. It shows quite well how bright white the new ones are even in the dipped beam.

You can defo see the difference between the two.......the low beam gives off soooooo much more white light.......

Oh....one word of advice buddy....make sure its not set too high otherwise Mr Plod will have ya over for 'Unnecessary Dazzel' or something like 'lights not conforming to regulatory standards'

Trouble is with these super bright lights.....it's a bast*rd when its comming towards ya when they haven't been set up right.......cant see a blo*dy thing........

Theres always a pair of 8) I suppose........although it's a bit difficult at night to drive and wear these at the same time.......

yeah they are bright so i checked the height and all seems ok even without 8) , they have quite a sharp cut off. I'll post on here if I get any attention I think it's when you fit it to none projector style headlights it causes more of a problem.
