900SS Bevel - on You Tube.

Hello All,

Thought I would post a video of my Bevel on You Tube

+ YouTube Video
ERROR: If you can see this, then YouTube is down or you don't have Flash installed.

I have seen lots of very good Australian & Dutch Bevel vids posted & thought I'd show them some home grown grunt, UK Style. Toying with the idea of selling her, if the next Duke project I'm after comes along - any interest?

Looking forward to meeting up in Bristol.

Cheers DM.

Bike: 2001 Ducati 996

She looks a beaut, very much of her time, but in superb condition......would you mind telling us a bit more of her history etc? I've always had a hankering for something like that, a bit of background would be interesting
Cheers

Thanks for that comment Stevel,

She is a two previous owner, 1983 900S2 in better clothing than her original suit. (The S2 coachwork was a bit to bland for my taste, not every-ones opinion)

27K on the clock (re-built at 25k - by mid March 2007) I have done a full works schedul list & can email to any interested party. The fairing is a Crossbow, modified to give good protection yet still look less like a barn door.

She sports a Dresda fiberglass race tank, Hailwood Mk1. seat unit, which now houses the Odyssey gel battery. Alu Met` swing-arm and generally reworked consumables.

The piece da La wot-sit (best bit) is the re-built and improved engine by Paul @ D.T.S. i.e. from the heads to the crank, its totally re-built. We went to the TT last year with no problems at all.

After a further 2K miles I think I am now ready to move on. I would love to keep her but funds don't stretch to a stable of bikes, especially if I want to own another thoroughbred (did you see what I did then)

Anyway the point of the You Tube video was to boost the UK Ducati (Bevel) presence, hope all enjoy it & I look forward to seeing more Brit Dukes on there.

Cheers,
DM
