ummmm,,errmmmm,,buggrit...dont say these things plz,,i can only afford one bike at a time n i have this addiction to ride, quickly, but the scrunched up style i have to use with this sporty is just tooo uncomfortable and dare i say it a tad dangerous, when im pushing the limits i get a very uncomfortable feeling that i weigh more than the bike lol.
ideal world would be a swap for a physically bigger duke!!
no....im ashamed to say she has to go for a bigger something

Why not go for a mid 90's SS... they're cheap to buy, reliable if looked after and you'll find it a bit bigger than the one you have. You can pick a half descent 900ss up for about £1500 at the moment, loads of parts come up on ebay and they're a doddle to work on yourself check out the 900ss forum, there's loads of us who ride them and love them to bits, big grin factor...

what's a short 900?...

I am 6' 1 1/2" and have a 900SL and the size of the bike, whilst small is absolutely fine to ride. I have even ridden it a couple of times from the UK to CZ and whilst not exactly the worlds most comfortable bike for a long trip its definitely not the worst.

as for blasting around twisty roads its bloomin marvellous, you MUST go for a 900SS/SL
