Raining in Rugby.

To be honest, you may be a little disappointed, especially as you'll have to take it easy.

But get her home and clean all the wet stuff off and you'll be grinning by the time you shut the garage door.

Cleaning is part of the bonding process - getting to her know her without her clothes on....

Hope you enjoy her...

Thumbs up

It had rained every day upto the day I picked the 748 up, I caught the train to Potters Bar from Downham Market, Red Dog picked me up from the station and it was still fine. Road the entire way home up until about six miles and it ****ed down, getting soaked through - but it was worth it. I was out on her this morning but it is precipitating as I write this from Dereham (Norfolk).

Good luck!

Well, picked her up today just after lunchtime, and rode back in torrential rain , didn't really get to play at all, just trying to stay on it on the motorway following the mrs with idiots diving into the 2-3 second gap I left was hard enough!! Bit of a baptism of fire I think, but can't complain really as it took all the weather thrown at it, and a numpty at the controls ...

I did get to give it one little squirt on a semi-dry road, and I was giggling to myself inside my lid feeling the power and the speed of a good blast in 3rd gear.. , had 120 showing breifly before I backed off, didn't want to get too silly! Just enjoying nice long over-run termi booming when I got the chance, glorious noise ...

Low speed is tricky, had a few moments where I ran a little bit wide of the intended line, but I think I have cracked it now, very gentle throttle control and lots of clutch.

Will get some pics in the week when I have had chance to give it a good twice over... Smitten already! . Thanks for the kind comments guys!

Oh and I have found out Pirelli Super Corsa's are f***ing scary in the wet, definatly a dry tyre, and the bike is set for a 16 stone rider so it's fairly stiff, not the ideal wet set-up!!
