GT1000 clutch/engine noise

Posted in GT forum, but probably not the best place. So ...

When my GT1000 (DS 1000 motor) starts up from cold, the engine sounds exactly as it should. At the end of a run, when it is good and warm, however, there's a fair old rattle coming from down below - it doesn't sound terminal, but compared to other bikes I've had (Yam singles, Jap fours, Guzzi twins, etc) it sounds "loose". I know the dry clutch Ducatis are known for clutch basket rattle, but this one has a wet clutch and I don't know how they are supposed to sound (it's my first Ducati). Anything to worry about, or are they "all like that, Sir"? It's still under warranty (just) so if it needs to go back I need to get it organised.

Thanks

I had a noise problem with my 1000S and had to get the belts tightened again 1000k after the 12000k service, this was done under warranty. This noise got worse as the bike got hotter and was really noticeable at idle when you pulled up.
